Ministry Independence Statement

Bodyguard Christian Apologetics (BCA) is a non‑governmental ministry. We are independent of any governmentally deemed entity, business, company, or charitable religious institution and operate entirely outside the framework of 501(c)(3) statutes or similar legal constructs.

We are not subject to any legally binding constraints that would be imposed, forced upon, or require acquiescence to governmental adherence. Our governance is rooted solely in fidelity to Holy Scripture and secondarily in the laws of the United States where applicable.

This independence ensures that BCA remains free to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ without compromise, entanglement, or restriction—whether in season or out of season (2 Timothy 4:2).

Conscience and Obedience Clause

Bodyguard Christian Apologetics affirms that we are subject to the governmental powers God has ordained as a restraint upon the works of evil (Romans 13:1–4). Yet with that said, we must obey God rather than men (Acts 5:29).

When any governmental, institutional, or societal demand violates our binding conscience to the Word of God, we cannot remain faithful to such dictates. Our conscience is captive to Scripture alone.

Our allegiance is to Christ alone. We will uphold the faith once delivered to the saints, proclaim the Gospel without compromise, and resist any attempt to force conformity to mandates that contradict Holy Scripture.

Scriptural Fidelity

Bodyguard Christian Apologetics approaches the Canon of Holy Scripture with utmost care and highest reverence—honoring its divine origin as proceeding from the very mind of Almighty God.

The Word of God is not to be altered. It is not ours to soften and certainly not ours to twist.
The Word of God is exactly that— His—holy, eternal, and unbreakable revelation to mankind.

Scripture Use: Unless otherwise noted, all Scripture quotations are taken from the Authorized King James Version (KJV) of the Holy Bible. The KJV, originally published in 1611, is in the public domain. BCA does not sell, commercialize, or profit from quoting it.

Doctrinal Non‑Negotiability: All content is governed by fidelity to Holy Scripture. No external authority—governmental, denominational, or corporate—may compel alteration of doctrine or teaching.
